Conor secures key inquiry into ex-miners’ pensions

After having campaigned for it alongside fellow Labour coalfield MPs, I am pleased to see a House of Commons Select Committee launch an inquiry into the Mineworkers’ Pension Scheme.

This is an important key step forward for thousands of ex-miners across St Helens, Lancashire and Britain.
