Under the Tories, you could be paid £8.91 per hour or £4.62 for doing the same job – all because of how old you are. That’s totally unfair.

The financial impact this is having on younger workers in St Helens Borough and our region is huge. It’s why for years I’ve backed the Fair Wages For All Ages campaign, and fought so our young people are treated and paid fairly – not simply left to fall behind their older colleagues.

Labour will stop this practice and ensure all working people get a fair day’s pay for a fair day’s work.
