I visited St Helens Community Fire Station to discuss the service’s vital local work with Chief Fire Officer Phil Garrigan and Merseyside Fire & Rescue crew.

The station is fantastic. I’m pleased it’s seen response times improve and enabled community activities like Fire Cadets to keep thriving.
